Resident in beautiful Carbis Bay, our clients approached us with a new plot of land ready for development in a quiet residential location just outside St. Ives. The site being literally just around the corner from their existing property.
We were tasked with producing a stylish new three-bedroom home as their bespoke ‘forever’ property. This required skill to make best use of the setting, whilst factoring in the expectations of near neighbours and the planning office.
