Our partners approached us with an interesting patch of land at an attractive coastal location that had been in the family for many years, with the idea of developing the site for either residential or holiday use.

ModBox Developments started by reviewing the site from ‘a blank sheet of paper’ perspective to devise a joint-venture approach which would take the project through Planning and then both parties enjoy seeing the development come to fruition on a ‘win, win’ basis.
Working closely with our partner through Planning, a complete project management service was commissioned in order to minimise the burden of responsibility on the site owners due to their other work commitments and interests.
