The client sought to develop six high-specification, detached homes in a prime coastal location. The properties needed to feature open-plan living, high-quality finishes, private gardens, and raised terraces with views over the lake. Additionally, easy access to both The Point’s amenities and Polzeath Beach was a key consideration.
our approach
We worked closely with the client to design and deliver a collection of sleek, modern homes that seamlessly integrate with their surroundings. The properties were carefully positioned to maximize views and natural light, featuring open-plan layouts with bi-fold doors, raised terraces, and contemporary interiors. The development also includes ample parking and landscaped gardens, ensuring a perfect balance of style and functionality.
